Energy testing—sometimes called muscle testing—is a gentle and non-invasive way to check how your body’s energy is flowing. During a session, you may be asked to hold an arm or leg up briefly while I tune into your energy.
This simple process can reveal areas where your energy is blocked, depleted, or out of balance. It’s a powerful tool for understanding your body and energy system, helping guide the session so your energy can move, balance, and restore itself naturally.

With Eden Energy Method it is very possible to see positive changes within the first session, especially if you practice your “homework.” However, complex issues that often have grown over the course of many years may take time to balance. I like to compare it to that of an onion, we are made with many layers to our energies systems.
A typical Bio-Energy Healing treatment takes place over 4 consecutive weeks with a follow up session after 1 month. Bio-Energy Healing is non–invasive. There is minimal touch and the client remains fully clothed removing only shoes and metal objects.
Depending upon the nature of a person’s condition, how serious it is and how long they have it some clients may require a second course of sessions.

A typical session lasts about 60 to 90 minutes, allowing time to assess your energy, gently release blocks, restore balance, and integrate the healing. Remote sessions follow the same timeframe, giving your body and energy the space to adjust fully.

Wear anything that feels comfortable and easy to relax in. You stay fully clothed for the entire session.
I may ask you to remove jewelry or your watch, as metal can sometimes interfere with the flow of energy. You’ll also be asked to take off your shoes, but you’re welcome to keep your socks on.
The goal is for you to feel relaxed, grounded, and at ease—so choose clothing that lets you breathe and settle in.

Some clients notice few sensations during the session but find that changes unfold gradually over the following days or weeks.
Think of it like a traffic jam: once the block is cleared, the cars at the back still need time to move. In the same way, once energy flow is restored, the body continues to adjust and heal naturally. My role is to guide and support your energy, then trust the process to work in its own time.

My work isn’t Reiki, though people who have experienced Reiki often find it familiar. Reiki is a beautiful, structured system that uses a set series of hand positions to channel universal life force energy.
My sessions are more intuitive and responsive. Rather than following a single modality, I blend principles from various energy-healing traditions with my own sensitivity to the subtler energetic patterns in the body. I listen to your system, follow where your energy is leading, and support what it’s asking for in the moment.

Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) draws from time-honored traditions like Traditional Chinese Medicine, using the body’s meridians, chakras, and energy circuits to understand how energy flows and where it may be blocked. EEM offers tools to help restore balance, flow, and vitality.
Bio-Energy Healing focuses on the chakras, gently clearing deep-seated energetic blockages so your energy can move freely and your system can self-correct.
